The trust is encouraging the sports enthusiasts and athletes. The trust is conducting various sports like football, cricket, table tennis and many other. They are also conducting Marathons.

I like the symbol and the colors in the symbol. But I feel that there is something missing
Those little black triangles sticking out would drive me nuts lol. I would definitely get rid of those.
Agreed, makes me think of that style of clipart that comes with Microsoft Word. :/

Could do more with the text/logo heading
Seems a bit dark to me. I wonder if it's the blue background that's throwing me off. I do like the general design/balance, and how the logo implies togetherness...the linking of various sports...etc.
One other thing: Perhaps the dark dots in the outer ring (right and left sides) should be more like bolts or screw heads? Might be cool.
