Up is well built, but is too cliche. I would try a different idea, if you had to use the arrow, will have to make something different, innovative. oh.. try to remove gradients, it's looking like 2009-2010 designs.
Good luck!
this was actually their concept i just put it on canvas lol if it was up to me it would have been totally different. but yea totally their idea/mock up.
The kerning is pretty off, Clear is squashed together with more space in way
the font choice is ok, i feel there might be a better modern style font that you can use. The symbol is ok as well maybe more spacing in the bars and maybe have the arrow sharp instead of squared off / flat at the top?
Over all im like its "okay" not loving it but its alright. :)
I think it can be more refined.
i played with the kerning a little and adjusted it to my eye.
added the point on the arrow and spaced out the bars more... I think it has a better flow/feel to it?
yea makes sense the thing is they wanted the bars to be somewhat connected and not spaced out and the wording to fall under the clearway... as i said their concept i just put it on canvas... but thx though appreciate it

I would loose the gradient and the red horizontal line.
I think, there's no point of asking for critiques if you are just doing what the client ask for :)
