This one is really rough. I don't think the characters translate very well and the overall design is very sloppy. The corners aren't consistent, nothing lines up, the angles are awkward.

To me it looks like some sort of spanner or aa tool or something and a screw.
I guess you read Rox on it... but is not working. you can use it as some kind of anagram because ROX is very short. Make it classy, simmetrical and readable.
You can make amazing things in just one color do alittle inspiration (not copy!!1 inspiration) research.

It's a bit short for a brand agency logo and awfully presented. This terrible red gradient has to go.
This only makes me question your professionalism.
My first thought (and every second one) was:
