All the gray haze wrapped around the entire logo makes it look blurry, especially when it's scaled down. Not what you want in a logo. You want clarity.

Ouch, that's not working at all. Terrible fuzzy halo effect and gradient. And the strokes too.

You better start off from scratch not before having got a lot of inspiration and done a lot of sketching.
