My main attention is at "M" and "E". Altough "Mezzo" should be the main text, I don't know why you have to divide them if they don't have any other reasons for. I also don't find the font for the subtext very attractive. I would suggest you to come up with a better symbol, leave the text in one color and no other changes. There are a lot of ideas in relate with t shirts and uniforms.
