Ish, this is not working at all, unfortunately.

Right of the bat, it's barely readable. All the effects and gradients are at fault here.

You mention white, but I hardly see any used relevantly. Again, the gray font on the rather dark blue background.

Lastly, you have a huge composition problem. It is totally unbalanced.

Keep it simple. The 3D effect, gradients, textures, it's all unnecessary. It also makes the LLC stand out as a separate graphic because of it's simplicity. I would advise to simplify every element & work with a consistent typeface. Using all of these effects will also cause you consistency problems when it comes to a view of print vs. web as not all printers handle grays the same way.
