What kind of message are you trying to send with the logo? Right now, the shapes don't have any meaning to me (except you can use some effects in some program)

In general, the logo is too complex. The colors don't match. The circle thingy is photography-like (aperture shape). You have a shade under the symbol, but not under the text. The gradient in the text doesn't work.

Sorry if I sound harsh, I'm just trying to help.

The font work has considerably improved, especially the sub text.

But the rest still isn't happening, for all the reason Jezfor pointed out.

Your main problem is that you lack the method and know how about logo design. You really got to restart from scratch and understand how logo are made. This site might help: http://justcreative.com/2008/01/08/how-to-design-a-logo/
