Arial. Clip art. Gigantic registration mark. Arial. Subcopy that is unnecessarily stretched and not centered with the copy above it. Arial. Bad kerning. Worse leading. Terrible pun with wrong punctuation. Vertical line not centered vertically. Arial.

Unterm pretty much was going to say everything I would've said. Oh and by the way. That's a really nice raven you made :3 Where did you get that from? Oh wait.

Which was pretty much the only well-designed piece in your entire composition. I advise you to not steal ideas and claim them as your own. That's pretty much frowned upon here....

You either would need to start from scratch using inspiration from logos such as www.logopond.com and www.dribbble.com or hire a designer to make your logo for you. Stolen designs won't be tolerated..

It's not even a sneaky use of somebody else's artwork. It's VERY clearly live-traced.
