It's hard to decide whether I like V2 or V3.
In V2, you have the fork bursting out of the circle. I'm not sure what this means, but I like it.
In V3, you have the fork in an egg shape. Again, I'm not sure the relevance of the egg, but again, I like it!
Overall, I think V3 is stronger and more useable, but I would need to understand the meaning of the fork bursting out and the egg to make a final decision.
Good work though.
Oh, the little fork icon in top left is pretty neat too. Can see this embossed on to plastic cups and packaging.

Nice, but what about the knife?
I prefer the layout of this version, but the fork bursting out is an interesting touch. I don't know if they would work together, so either are good and your client should be happy :)

This is excellent. The combined silhouettes of the spoon and fork is very memorable and original. I love the interplay of the lines at the bottom, how the fork becomes the outline and the spoon becomes the inline surrounding the logo. Nice font selection... very modern.
Your other versions were great too, but this is my favorite.
