Brief from client
Creation of emblem for company, based on sale of wide ranged sport equipment.
Unlimited sign, Speed-watch, flame elements and colors of Azerbaijan State Flag.
Although I like certain elements of this and I can see your thought process that went into the design, I think that there are too many elements. I don't think that the elements work well with each other either.
Firstly, I'd centre the type and get rid of the stop watch from the left of the design and just keep the swirl that's currently on the right hand side. I'm not sure that the flames add anything either, but maybe they could stay. I think that the centre line of the 'swirl' is too thick and isn't subtle enough.
I'm not sure that the font choice (Rockwell?) works to represent the free flowing movements of many sports, so you may want to look at a different font as well.
This is a good start though in my opinion. Keep at it! :)
To add, I think a major problem you're going to run into here is that the text is already so much smaller than your symbol and it is contained within the symbol. Small reproductions are going to give you terrible readability issues. Try taking the text out of the symbol and make the symbol much smaller so they can work together.
