Repost in 1 colour. The symbol isn't too bad even though it is slightly generic / overused, but the type is terrible. Change the font and definitely stay away from the crazy effects etc that you've got going on in the font.

use a beautiful bold and i would recommend sans serif fort in one color without outlines and then we keep talking

Google "aviation logos" and you'll see that symbol has been done and done again. I'd spend some time just doing some research so you don't fall down a repetitious rabbit hole. The symbol, as Jon pointed out, isn't bad looking but I think you should try some other things.

The text is really an eyesore right now. The font looks too bubbly and the color/gradients are way over the top. This is aviation we're talking about so making it too fun looking wont really instill the confidence and safety that you want people to feel when they look at this.

Do some research and definitely some sketching. I wish you luck on your upcoming versions.
