The font choice for 'corporation' is unbelievably bad and couldn't be further from the concept of corporation or technology. The red symbols to the left the dot on the 'i' also remind me of the corporation font, so it's back to the drawing board in my opinion.There are also kerning issues, but it's hardly worth mentioning.
Nothing more to add to what Jon said.
This logo looks flimsy, poorly thought through and feels like you didn't do any research or sketching beforehand.
