How can you make a logo for an institute in complete red shades when its called "creative arts" use more color. And show more creativity! Instead of line tooling the letter A in a wavy manner. As far as the font goes, it doesn't suit it in the least. When your symbol is so free you cant have a font that looks so "nice".

I'd recommend sketching out your ideas on paper or digitally on the computer before working it out. As it stands now it looks more like the logo for a law firm then for a creative institute.
