Waaaaay too much detail. It wouldn't reduce to small sizes well at all. The blue symbol in the middle would cause problems for a start, let alone the spatter around the sides and where it all meets in the middle. From far away or if it were reduced in size, then it would look unrecognizable and the concept isn't really there in the first place to be recognized. It says 'Indian' to me but not 'proud to be' and from afar, it just looks like an abstract Indian flag, as there's no marriage between two ideas.
The main top text is too squashed and the bottom text has too much room and is arguably less important than the text at the top is.
You need to combine 'proud to be' and 'Indian' visually. You need to simplify - simplify - simplify. Less is more. How much of the data can you strip from the piece whilst still communicating the intended message?
Indian National Flag is surely one of the simplest yet unique flag from others. Yet it keep getting insulted again and again in various events. Recently another such case came into scene where it is held upside down at the Commonwealth Games Video.

Look forward to seeing a new version :)
When you change a design just add another version don't get rid of the old one and also a bit more context would be nice....
I don't know if this is technically a logo.
Bonus points though because it looks like an Indian Pokeball exploded.
