Consumers' Choice Health Plan
Consumers’ Choice Health Plan is a new health care coverage option for South Carolinians. We began enrolling members October 1, 2013. The first coverage effective date was January 1, 2014, also the first coverage effective date for federal Health Insurance Marketplace benefit plans .
