Remove the leaves, remove the background, remove the box around the text. Is it 2D or ZD? Still color is a problem. Some works needed.

also love the brief.
Create a logo. a logo of what? just like with tootsie roll pops, the World may Never know!.

Loose the leaf, the background elements, adjust the shadows on the letters.
Loose the box around creative studios, you got a little too creative with all the extra stuff :)
