Basically my initials, with the S in negative space in between the J and the G.

I really like it, the typography looks great, and it's a cool use of negative space. It reminds me a lot of the USA Network logo. The only problem is the contrast between the colors, which is too low. You can check the contrast between the foreground (2F3A40) and the background (636F76) here: http://snook.ca/technical/colour_contrast/colour.html.
