Add just the tiniest of gaps between the G and the R.

Yeh the only thing I prefer about this one is the lack of any line/join by the knife, apart from that I favour the first one too.

I'm not really feeling the symbol here, mail because a knife forces you to have a elongated G, which kinda throws the whole thing off balance. Maybe with a meat cleaver or just a shorter blade.

Anyway, good work. I especially like what's happening between the symbol and the font.
