Company develops IT-based solutions for government agencies, focusing in securing sensitive information, including but not limited to citizen data and healthcare data. Our main audience is government officials, visiting our website to learn more about our company and products.
We are a young startup company, competing against large established companies, where our main strengths are competitive pricing and custom tailored solutions - we would like our website to reflect both our young and dynamic nature, yet still retain a professional look as our customer base is the government
Symbol and Typography both improved.

That's definitely an improvement.
The problem with the symbol remains: as it is now, it's not a big one. As I often say, it's more about leaving an impression than delivering and information. But if the symbol were to stand on it's own, everybody would read it as ID.
You need to fix that kerning. that T and Y in "identity" look like they want to make a baby =) It also looks like the two words aren't perfectly centered, with "identity" going a few pixels over the edge on the right.
