I really like all, but the typography is too fancy for this complex symbol. I would experiment with simpler typefaces.

Not that it's badly done (it is not) but I find this logo overwhelmingly generic. Check this site, you'll find a few things that looks a bit like your logo:http://www.gtgraphics.org/genericlogos.html

It immediately made me think of Rogers, who admittedly has 4 sections but could be your logo's brother. That overlapping gradient twirl shape idea is overused. Even if yours is very nice, I don't think you should keep it.
