It does look friendly and modern, but I think it needs a major overhaul.
I don't think I understand the concept. It's a smiling face, right, but what's the point of ghost/cloud shape? Is it just shaggy hair, or is there some symbolism I'm not getting?
I definitely understand using green, but this green is a bit radioactive. Slightly darker?

I also see the smiling boy, no connection to groceries. And the one shade of green is just too much to look at. Maybe you could put in the name PEPE somewhere there...you need more version, explore a bit.
