Mystical bird/phenix in a triangular shape, left wings purposely stretch beyond the triangular confinement.

I like the concept, and the color is okay, but the symbol does not read as a phoenix or other bird. Without the description, I would have guessed it was just an abstract shape or possible a seed pod.
I saw the bird, but I would work on it a bit. I have no problem with the phoenix leaving the confines of the triangle, but the top of the wing is trying to define the top of the triangle and it doesn't. That makes everything a bit lopsided. I would definitely work on the bird to make it more bird-like and find a way to get better balance into this.

The cut "A"s look perfect, but the bird needs a little bit more work. Decide if you want the lines to end with the pointy tip or with a straight line.
