The A R D looks a bit out of place from the rest to me.

I'm giving a thunbs up for a good start. I dont think it's the ARD that is out of place, i think it's the LI. The L is kinda wanting to fit, but there is a disconnect, the I is way out of place both scale and style.

The only beef that I have with this one is that your lower case " z " appears very much as a word mark for a soccer club from St. Petersburg - Zenit, take a look at that, please. I'm not a fan of a roundel logos, sorry.
