I like it overall but my main issue is the propeller blade. I think it needs to be more angular, symbolic and slightly smaller... maybe how mahayni suggested.
I can see this logo working, but it needs some major fine tuning.
The first thing that strikes me is that the fan is a bit squizzed against the L on the right. And meanwhile, the empty space directly on its left makes the whole thing off balance.
I would pick a different font, maybe a thinner one, probably sans serif, so it doesn't poke the fan, if you see what I mean.
Overall, I'd say the symbol is overpowered by the word mark, while it should probably be the other way around, or at least more even, in terms of prominence.
You are definitely on the right track. Keep it up!
Colors are spot on for me. I also like the use of the propellers with the logo, albeit using them on top of the 'i' may convey the idea of a wind turbine.
The blades need work. They don't appear to be symmetrical. Plus they look too simple when compared to the typeface.
Maybe try to use a sans-serif typeface for the tagline to allow the elaborate typeface of the logo gain a bit more prominence.
I understand is because of the blades, but the kerning between the 'h' and the 'i' is smaller than the 'i' and the 'h', try to keep them even, the serifs in this typeface are very telling so differences like this one are quite evident.

Looks fine to me. Just thinking how would it look like if the (C, h, l and the fan) where top aligned.
Not bad, would be tempted to try and make the ends of the fan blades match the caps on the letter :)
or work on the fan blades abit, they feel detatched from the text
Good Job but you can try enlarge a little bit the text (Air Cond Fitting) for a better balance in the base of the logo

i think the fan is more associated nowadays with wind electric power than with air conditioning, but anyway nice job

Good job overall.
Thanks for your advice! It's only a preliminary sketch. I'll improve it based on your comments.
I like the idea though, I share the cometary anteriotes.
Keep working on improving it.
My main issue is the propeller blade - jon_askill said that to. Maybe a ltlle bit smaller or big inside the letter C. Just saying maybe!
