Well, there isn't much happening here. You just stacked to fonts and applied a terrible filter on one of them.

Putting "pros" on top of "grant" like just make the whole thing difficult to read. That cursive font is terrible and the fact that it doesn't come with ligatures makes it look super cheap.

Unfortunately, creating a potent logo takes way more time and effort than that.

Not only have you stacked fonts, I'm afraid you also stacked colours that do not have contrast with each other. It makes this even harder to read.
