We aspire not to be just another consulting firm. We want to be in the market, but be able to distinguish ourselves. We expect to turn analysis of information / data into results for a clients in a personal, intimate way.

Sorry, but nothing's working with his logo. The main problem is that it read "olicy analytics" at first. Only when you realize it sounds weird that you get that the weird cryptic shape on the left is actually a P.
Globally, this logo feels uninspired, poorly thought through and the lack of research and sketching is showing.

Simple, clean, with nothing
Sorry does't work for me either. I would stay away from ever trying to use the first letter of a name as a symbol, it rarely woks. If you are going to try it, you need to strive to make it readable, balanced and creative (i.e. don't just make a giant funky letter followed by a default font). Also you have misspelled 'strategy'
