You've invited me to critique, however I don't really have any info to go on- as in what kind of business? is it an app logo? A bit of brief would be helpful. But I can say this version, in my opinion, is certainly your strongest of the 3. Your other 2 seem overly complicated. There is a bit too much space between your symbol and "internet + tv" so I would close that in some.

No brief = can't help.

Visually the logo is very appealing, that goes for the typography and the colors.

However, I feel the liquid trails don't relate to an Internet TV service, it reminds me of paint trails, not speed trails.

The, whatever that is, in the center of the O looks like a lost graphic, plus it doesn't look like anything really... maybe the end of an arrow? Don't know.

The execution of the logo is impeccable though.

But without a brief this version is merely a showcase for good visual execution.
