Now, I'd like to see this with thickness of the frame. Or even this logo but without the frame =)

too heavy I think, maybe the frameless is a better choice.

I prefer this version to version 1- I think it is more unified. Good job!
One question, is the circle able to be centered (or is it centered)? Looks like it could be due to the width of M vs, the width of LI.

I think I prefer the frame around the logo. Not sure whether I like the thick or thin version though. I'm torn! Good work!
I would let go of a frame entirely, as it is pointing either to a watch making industry or a photography. Without frame it would look stronger and bolder.
I agree. One of my friends said that his first image is a camera brand or some thing like that.
But I think that my client may not accept a version which without the frame, I'll try.
