The text kind of ruins what is otherwise an appealing logo. It's very plain and "default" looking. Address this and you've got a winner, I think.

I agree with TheKillswitch. The type is a stopper. I wouldn't put the type under the slant of the building line. Also, check the perspective on the windows. They may be right, but for some reason they feel off to me...on the left the bottom windows are larger than the top and on the right the bottom windows are smaller. The squares for the windows all seem to be random.
