A step in the right direction. There's still some room left for improvement.
The wavy pattern in the sun (yes it's a sun alright =) shouldn't be cut off like it is, with bits just popping out in the upper and lower parts. Find a way for all these lined to fully appear while properly filling up the half circle.
I'm not a fan of the rays in the sun. They are barely noticeable and don't bring anything to the whole design. If your logo works just the same without them, you don't need them. It's a matter of getting rid of the superfluous and keeping only the bear essential. For simplicity's sake.
Now onto the word mark: you need to find another place for "production". It gets in the way of a proper legibility. It makes the word "set" look like it's part of the subtext.
Also, by reducing the size of "set", you find yourself with 3 different different font sizes, which only complicates things.
Keep it up, it's not for from being a good professional looking logo.
I've been on a terrible fight with the wavy pattern to fit in the better way... I'l keep trying and come with something better! I would remove the rays on the sun and place "productions" under "SummerSet".
Shawali's advice +
you could line up the ends of the waves with the lines on the outsides somehow, for added symmetry.
The subtle rays I agree with Shawali, however I do like the gradient effect it gives, so maybe you could replace the rays with a subtle gradient (unless it already is a gradient, I can't really tell)?
I like the concept, and also stylization, which is much better than first version, but the production has to be bigger. Try to put it below the summer and with the same size of the font and increase the tracking.

Good job.
I agree with you, although it will be difficult to align the waves with the lines outside it. It already has a gradient.
Thank you for invitation.
I like your work.
It is good work.
Cool concept. The word "PRODUCTIONS" is too small to me.
I will make it bigger in the next version.
Good idea, i like to see that productions more big and visible like bgowder said. Well done
Thanks for invitation.

We`re expecting next version.
Like it! Go on!
Good idea! Good sun, but , Yes (also another critic, tell of this....), the name:"Productions", is so small, into the definitive LOGO....
May be another font?
I'm pretty sure about this one, I'll keep it. Thanks anyway...
