Our company was founded in 2007 by a team of property experts who set out to bring a fresh approach to the market to create new build homes that go beyond expectations with built in flexibility to adapt to a family’s changing lifestyle. This principle underpins our business. Our passion and commitment remains very focused as we continue to take the Merchant Homes’ concept of house building to more locations in Scotland than ever before.

Our signature style and attention to detail has resulted in industry accolades including Best Apartment in The Herald Property Awards in 2009, a nomination in 2015 for Best Home Design at the Homes for Scotland Awards and a nomination for Best Apartment in 2015 in The Herald Property Awards for The Gantocks in Gourock.
