Old school barber styled logo for a dog grooming company.

Love the idea, and you hit the "old school barber" style nail on the head. I can see a few areas that need tweaking to perfect this.
1) the area on the left side of the dogs neck where it meets the collar is a bit odd.
2) the dogs right shoulder is pointy, and slants inward which is a bit off, especially in comparison to the left should which is completely rounded and curves straight down.
3) the A in "barking" is taller than your other letters- it's throwing off the curve across the top of the word.
Other than that, loving the style and quirkiness. Definitely loving the doggie mustache! Good work, keep at it you'll have a mighty fine logo! =)
