Brief from client
I've updated my logo to this one. I guess it's better than the previous one. It's for my small business (Tactical Store Trade Est.)
TS stand for Tactical Store almost like a shield, with a beret on top of it. The shield is winged.

I like this quite a bit. On first glance, I saw the star as the eye of a bird. I didn't see the beret until I read your blurb. I wonder if there's some detail you could add to make the beret more immediately evident. Maybe try putting it in green.

I thought about add more colors but it was quite challenging. Beside, many big brands stick with one color.
I tried several beret designs but no one could make it looks right.
Most fiends favorite this design.
It looks good. But, if you start to control white space / black space will be excellent. Watch for parallels and perpendiculars.

I would also look at the perpendiculars of the wing on the right of the T, are not the same level as the left side. and spaces all throughout the logo.
And for typography, I would go for a rounded modern type instead of a hefty one.

what is that Tactical Store for? Are you selling military stuff? Your logo is very compressed and heavy, menacing. Shield means protection, Wings for offensive attack. If it is this, you want, it is brilliant.
I'm an online retailer. I sell military, tactical, hunting and outdoor gear and clothes.

I agree with the above comment. This logo has a lot of potential. It totally fits the bill for a militaria/hunting shop.
But t needs a whole of fine tuning. Keep it up!
I think your symbol is great, even if it does need just a tad of touching up and general fine tuning. Making this as clean as possible will really help it stand out.
I do however love your use of negative space. This is both a beret, a shield, a bird, a monogram, and a military inspired symbol all in one, without trying too hard. My only comment is that an off black logo is so overdone. I've love to see it in a green, or even a red or navy.
