Logo for a new recording studio called "Southtown Sound." The building the studio is in has a giant orange octopus painted on the side, so they wanted to incorporate an octopus into the logo.

I love everything about this. I'm sorry I don't have anything more constructive to say, but I love the feel this embodies, I love the lines, the colors... I think my brain really likes the contrast of squishy octopus with metal mic. Fantastic.

If I wanted to nit pick, I'd say that the clean curves of the symbol don't really match the distressed look of the font. But, what the heck, this logo still rocks.
That's the kind of stuff I'd like to have on a t-shirt.

This is all kinds of cool!!! I love the color schemes, the idea, the illustration. I do kind of wish the type wasn't quite so eroded, since the symbol is pretty clean. But that's just a personal preference- still a really memorable design! Good job!

Wow, That's a really cool design! I too would totally wear this on a shirt.
Although,the font sort of looks live-traced or something. I'm not sure how else to describe it. That's my biggest gripe.
Love everything about this, the color combo is great and the font is perfect to where it doesn't take attention away from that amazing logo.
