Big Improvement! I like how the the talk symbol incorporates with the letters.
On the bottom name, Why is there a period after Rwanda if its not abbreviated? Shouldn't it be after Mktg. or Ltd. ?

)sorry i just wanted to see what it would look like with the text under the H instead of the rectangle= and also same color
