Well, this is not a logo per se. It's the badge version of a logo that you're using as a logo. Which is the first mistake here. It's ok to have several versions of one logo, including a badge version. This gives you flexibility to adapt it to a lot of different environment, may it be stationary, a website, a van or a uniform, which is where a badge comes in handy.
But right now, this is waaaay too complicated and messy. There's just too much stuff in there. It's also not really easy to read and globally, it's just not really memorable. And the base line "wash away your problems", is totally disconnected from the rest and is pretty much useless here, on top of sounding way too vague and corny.
Also, did you create the car by yourself, which look pretty rad on its own, or is it a clip art? I tend to think it's the latter. If it's the case, this is a big no-no as far as logo design is concerned. Don't use anything that you didn't create yourself, besides fonts, obviously. But in the case you did draw this car yourself, first of congrats, but now there is a clear discrepancy between it and the rest, which isn't up to par with that well crafted car vector representation.
As Godoval said, this needs to be simplified. Drastically. Get rid of the badge thing for now, you first need a proper logo to get one.
Shawali and Godoval get the point here about the mess.
About the colors: try another gamma just to see what happen: brighter blues, reds, more white space, just to give that sensation of "cleanliness".
You don't need the water. You need a polished well dry and finished car.
You don't need that costly model. An attractive BMW kind sedan can do the job for you? (At least you are into the tuned cars business)
Put the top up on that car- water is gonna get in!!! lol
Seriously though, the above comments are really spot on. Loose all the sparkles, splashes, and extra stuff. The main thing a car wash does is CLEAN- so give it a simplified, CLEAN logo. You don't need sparkles or sports cars to obtain that.

This sign needs to be simplified. Start by removing the small ripple and noise. I do not remember, someone said "Wash away your problemsi" :-)
