I fixed the "roundness" of the landscape, and worked a long time on a cohesive color palette.

I like this color scheme best so far!!!
...I still kind of want those trees on the bottom left to "poke" out like the others do tho. =)
Also, what if the flag was the darkest green shade? Just a thought?!?

It appears to work both ways- so I'd say your preference. Kudos for sticking with it- I think these colors are the best so far on this design.

Is this just for funzies or are you going to sell these as shirts or something?
I think this one is really strong, and I have to say again how much I like the style you draw with.
But my OCD is acting up, sorry. The left side comes out further than the right, making it seem to bulge out a bit. The angled peak over the bridge is shifted right off center, but doesn't extend as far as it does on the left so it comes up short. The railings on the bridge aren't symmetrical. And the subcopy and state are out of alignment too.
I don't want to sound too nit-picky... you've got a good thing going here, what I've pointed out is just the polish on the paint.
These all look great!
The only thing i would point out is that the colours in the Main title on your last one worked well because they looked as if you put a gradient running through them.
On this one there is quite a big contrast between the green "N" to the orange "E" and the same on the "R" and "O" and the letters EYR seem to stand out and almost look separate from the rest.
I think you need to find a way or use different colours to make it seem more like a gradient is running through them like the last one you did.
