Love this just as all the others you have uploaded. I just don't think the river is working. It looks flat like it is a waterfall pouring out of a cliffside instead of fading into the distance. The other version you uploaded felt like it had more perspective, but also wasn't fully working, which is why I'm guessing you uploaded this one as well.
What changes do you think would help?
Maybe making the current lines vertical instead of horizontal, or do you think narrowing the river towards the end would help?
Too complex. Text has a good font and the choice of colors is good, but the overall logo isn't attractive.
I appreciate the critique, but this is the style for every design I've done, and there is a reason they are so detailed. They don't fall under traditional corporate logos.

I like this new version, the added details really make it come together. As always, great job. I love your style.
I like the changes- the trees and the sun that appears in all the other designs. But the water is my only beef with this one. There is so much detail in the rocks and trees (maybe a bit too much in this one) but then the water is squiggly lines like a child would draw water. The water direction/current makes the boater look odd because he's going sideways. I think this one needs some tweaks =/
So before when I had the water as just flat, nobody recognized that its water.
What would be your suggestion to actually make it look watery. I'd like this to appear in several different color palettes, so it should look like "water" no matter what color scheme it is in.
I could do a different boat facing forward and see how that looks? and maybe the current streams should be vertical instead of horizontal?
Ok so its kind of cheesy but it's the first image I came to for example- Could you maybe use the organic shapes in a few varying shades- like the blues in this image- to convey the water? It would still fit with your illustration style, but be better detailed than the squiggly lines you have. Just a thought!=)
Its tough, because the river is one of the main attractions of this cave system, along with Frozen Niagara and the giant sinkhole they have.
I just saw your comment, so I'll try those techniques next.
While the website was down, however, I made these changes. lowered the trees a bit, cut out a lot of the details in the foremost rocks, changed the canoe, and the water. GIMME YO THOUGHTS
Well this water is better than before. But there ain't nobody drivin that boat! lol
Also, this just stuck out to me- the right side top looks a little melty, Is that supposed to represent something I don't know about? (the bottom of the trees and the rocks directly under the sun)

Theres a ton of drippy stalacite in the cave, I thought it was kind of cool to have the trees bleed into them.
