I would avoid using a face with large eyes since people on the autisitic spectrum usually have trouble reading facial expressions & making eye contact. A colourful abstract symbol would be a better choice I think, like this:

For the type, the emphasis should be on all the words or on autism center.

This symbol is extremely poorly thought through and executed. Beyond that, I don't see what it supposed to say about autism besides that autistic people are some kind of weirdos with googly eyes. This could be considered very offensive was it to be released for real. Hopefully, this won't be the case.
If you want to take on an autism centre to create a logo, I cannot stress enough how much beforehand research is important. You don't want to screw things up here.

I first thought of deleting this comment, but when I read the screen name and saw the profile picture, I thought it was funny, albeit cringey ;)
I need you to spend even 5 minutes around a child with autism, and then try this again.
Once you do, you'll know exactly what is wrong with this logo.
This is a no-goer I'm afraid. At best it's not a great idea and rather poorly executed. At worst it's pretty offensive.
Perhaps a better starting point would be to focus on the center itself rather than the condition it is involved with.

I need to explain, face "is spoken to parents and guardians", plan is to use it in som time witout text, and Down sindrom is one of conditions they threat.I think it is not offensive, but it is good for me to see what other people think. I think the quality of this approach is provocation and it will be remembered quickly, which is the purpose of the logo. I have to do the work again ...And this is just sketch, not finish product, i was assume tht some people will find it offensive.
First- I gotta know what this 10x for replay is???
And Second- trust us, it's a BAD idea. Every comment here says something to the effect of "offensive." That should tell you something! And adding the down syndrome spectrum- this logo becomes even worse!
We are not trying to insult, and your quirky face might work well somewhere else. But NOT for this business. I say play it safe and go in another direction. And I'd advise to stay away from cartoon faces altogether.
10x > Thanks.I talk with psychologist who work in similar institution, and she say to me that parent reaction to this type of drownings are positive, and they do not feel it offensive...So i decide to see other opinions and explore more.As i say this is in IDEA phase, not done logo.
If you need to explain anything then you should trust us that it's not working as a concept. Provocation is not a good quality in a logo for an organisation that supports people with a medical condition. Also, realise the potential gravity of what you're doing here. If a lot of people on here think your logo is offensive, imagine the damage it can do in the 'outside world'. This isn't about execution, it's just not a good idea.
