Logo for B2B legal tech SAAS
Brief from client
We are now getting ready to officially launch our SAAS product after a lot of beta testing and wanted to have a fresh look for our brand.
I would highly appreciate your feedback on our new logo. We arrived at this stage after a lot of variations and changes. LEX247 is a legal practice management cloud-based software for medium to enterprise size law firms.
We wanted to create a new logo and overall branding that better represents what we do and who we are.
We wanted a clean, minimalistic logo design that differentiates us from our competition and is distinct and unique in our industry.
We think that this one is quite close to what we want but still feel that something is missing. We are not quite sure what though. You can have a look at our old website and logo at our site lex247.com

This logo doesn't look too bad. I would simply give "247" the same weight as "LEX", to simplify the whole thing, to give it a more even balance and to not take the attention away from the symbol.

This definitely looks better than the old logo!
Is there a reason the cross-bar in the "X" has an extra handle and that specific pallet? It looks kind of like an extra 7. Also, when I first saw it on the preview page, I thought this was a bi pride thing because of the colors.
I am with AliasII, why does the X look like a 7? Other than that and the weight of the numbers, it is fine.
