This Looks like the best one. Not sure on type placement, font isn't bad and seems to flow, maybe smaller M, - play with placement and colors need to pop a bit more, they seem to get lost in the beautiful ones behind them.
I definitely think this layout is the best one, but I'm a little concerned about execution.
The decoration, such as the gradients, nebulas, little bits on the unicorn/mermaid look cool as a piece, but as a logo is going to limit where you can effectively use this.
Personally, I don't think you really need all that splatter coming off of the creature. You won't really be able to see it when you size this logo down, and it will make any signage for your store pretty limited.
I think the fact its a unicorn/mermaid is enough.
I would also find actual pantone colors to make this work in. If your logo can't work in at least 2 solid colors, then it isn't a logo that works.
Thanks for the info, I totally knew that already but unfortunately that was a "request" made by the shop owner. I didn't wanted to use any sort of texture but ended up doing as she wanted.
At least that's just the overall idea and not a polished version, so, hopefully, a lot will change.
