Brief from client
logo for starting my own creative company
first version
small version will be just the "lh", maybe in an 16:9 aspect ratio, because of me being highly inspired by modern video art
1) Is "lh" your initials or something? You really need a more detailed brief.
2) It's boring. There's no real thought to this, no clever use of the letters, nothing. All you did was use a basic sans serif font for the lowercase "lh" and added a line of text underneath it. This is literally something that would take 5 minutes to do in Illustrator or InDesign.
3) The font choice is also boring. Don't get me wrong, some of the best logos out there use basic sans serif typefaces, but when that's ALL your logo is using...it's just not going to be successful unless you do something really clever with the letterforms.

So, a couple of things here:
1) Is "lh" your initials or something? You really need a more detailed brief.
2) It's boring. There's no real thought to this, no clever use of the letters, nothing. All you did was use a basic sans serif font for the lowercase "lh" and added a line of text underneath it. This is literally something that would take 5 minutes to do in Illustrator or InDesign.

I agree with the above comment.
It seems like you wanted a simple logo but ended with a simplistic one.
It's not terrible design-wise, but it's overwhelmingly plain and dull. There's nothing memorable in this.
I agree with the above, but I really have to ask...why the "." after media?
