I felt the current Chargers branding lacked the aggressiveness a college mascot needs. This is my second equine logo I've created, I really enjoy the versatility of the horse mascot when it comes to logos. Let me know what you think.

This looks pretty good! Probably the best of your posts so far. I can totally see this mascot on a jersey.
The font management is great, very well balanced and good choice of font.
That being said, you've been doing a lot of sport teams logos, which is great but maybe you should try to expend and try your hands at other types of business.
You are a good designer, let's see all you can do! ;)
