Brief from client 

I was looking for something to practice and, as I'm mexican and found this one, I gave it a try.

Kept the colors.

Made it simplier by connecting the hockey idea at the X of Mexico, as well as I made the puck part of the languaje mark that goes on top of the E when you write Mexico down in Spanish.

This is definitely a step in the right direction. But I think it could be simplified some more.

The puck above the E and the hockey sticks looks fine on their own, but of them at the same time is one symbol too many.

I don't think the hockey sticks really work, as the X is not centred and throws the whole thing off balance. Maybe turning the L into s tick would work better.
