Not sure what you were trying to do with this, but it is overly complicated and not very attractive. But, I am not sure what cuda is for. A written statement or "brief" of what you are trying to convey would help.

Pro tip: avoid using default Illustrator strokes and patterns. It makes your logo look cheap and it's a dead giveaway that you don't really know what you're doing.

Do not let Illustrator dictate what you can do. Use it for it is: a tool to execute your vision.

Globally, this logo isn't pleasant. It's hard to read and looks like it's been poorly thought through and planned.

This is a direct rip-off of Baracuda Networks old logo. You made a poor attempt to change the B which the left side of the head transitioned into on their logo into a C.

I also mirror Shawali sentiments. Your use of Illustrator default strokes drastically shows unprofessionalism.

Since you stole Barracuda's logo, you probably have an old copy of illustrator from Pirate Bay. :-)
