I fail to see the steampunk aspect in this logo. You nailed that Victoriana style though.

Overall I don't think this really work as a logo. The 20 and 24 are overpowering the word mark and the clip art-y symbol looks like an after thought. A trained eye would immediately recognise that the flourishes are a font (can't remember the name right now but I'm guilty of using it years ago ;) )
