more like a poster design that a logo. This is not successful neither is it memorable. The whole approach to this logo needs to be revised, there is too much going on.
This is brilliant as long as it just for online use, otherwise I think you'll run into problems. Really nice work I have to disagree with the above comments, this is totally memorable. I think alot of people have a very ridged view of what a logo is and panic a bit when they see something pushing the boundries. Good work.
I agree with Scander, once you've learnt the basic principles of successful logo design then he can proceed with creating his own logo. Especially as he is an advertising firm the logo needs to represent your company to the fullest. At the moment its still quite amateurish. Positive Criticism.
i agree with briankav on this one. how can you say its not memorable. i think the pencils could be simplified but the overall ideea is good. remove the registered trademark if it is not registered as you will run into alot of problems.

Wow. Great work in the detail! Very clever as well. I agree with others in saying this looks more like a poster than a traditional logo... but screw traditional. Push it. I also agree you should use this specific design for web use and select other purposes. For print you should create a 1 or 2 color flat version- lots of major brands have a detailed and simplified version of their logo. I am not too crazy about the font. I think it is too bold and distracts from the focal point of the piece, but stick with the serifs. Also, you should play with colors. Why have such a nice detailed piece with generic, over-used black & red combo?
I like the idea, but "or not" or "2B or not 2B" is your company's name? If it is, the logo will work, if you read and understand the above comments.
Otherwise this art is for "Ads Of The World" not Brands...

You need to learn how to say something else other than that! Be critical not dismissive.

I like the whole concept.. but .. make it black n white only! It will work much better that way..
