Something is missing I think. It looks like a plastic brain model or like a man with his scalp taken off. I think it is possible to play more on the contrast of the image of the brain and the typefaces.

Very nice job. Love the name. But your brain seems like a cloud. Steve have a good point... the dots. Or you use them as eyes or remove them, because in this position seems frog eyes. :)
I not sure about this smile ... seems cynical, like: I have a bad feeling about this agency. They will finish my job on time? They are creative but not responsible.

Hell yeah, I like it. But try to center the word with the figure, it seems to me you have to play a little with that. I am not a fan of very colorful logos but this one I really really like it.

Mustafa , I am myself going in the "perceptual way" rather that strict measures sometimes because I feel like that and I advice other to do the same, if they feel so. I like your vision and your attitude.
Hokeyciii boss agency name is fantastic trust me :) but logo is not going with the name... i am sure if you can come up with the creative name you can come up with the creative logo as well ... or may be i am not able to understand your idea

The logo is cool but the brain reference is maybe too litteral, can you abstract it more? Maybe by extracting curves instead of the actual grey matter? not sure about placing the smile too it makes us think of an open head. Maybe just the brain?

I think Fitz makes a good point about the dots of the letters being eyes. I would extend that to the two "b's" as ears as well as confine the brain within the shape of the head. The way it is now, it's almost like hair. I prefer the more random color pattern in within the brain matter as opposed to the half and quarter idea suggested.
I like the logo... but maybe if you separate the symbol of the "Brainjob" gives you another perspective of the idea... the part of the symbol that has the colors, I implied that it may be a candy store, is a bit literal in that concept... MMmm.... the dots in the "i and J", are part of the typography, falls a bit short without them...
maybe the "smile line" more thick, and use the frontal grey matter, with your same effect that puts at your logo
I like the draft. But the coloured brain won't be recognised as easily as it should.
I think without the smile will be better ;)
It would do with a few less curls in the brain.
