This logo has definitely a lot of potential, but the symbol needs way more work. It's too rough for now. Some curbs on the wings aren't right, the trapezoidal shapes in the wheel don't fit right in the circle and the space between them is uneven. Basically, it looks like an old carriage wheel. I'm not sure that what you're going for.

The overall logo design seem to represent a company that is in the aircraft / aerospace business rather than the auto parts world. The wheel looks like the inlet of a jet engine with wings at its side. There's also a hard contrast (curves vs angles) between the wings and the wheel. Perhaps more curvatures in the design of the wheel would allow better flow and less contrast. However as Shawali indicated, the logo has a lot of potential.

No tenia idea de la existencia del logo que me muestras, aunque debo admitir que es casi identico. Mi logo, Car Fly, lo diseñe cuando aun estudiaba en la universidad, es decir, hace como 3 años y tengo archivos que respaldan lo que digo.. Por lo que puedo ver, el logo que me muestras, "Afghanistan", tiene menos de un año en la web.
Espero haber aclarado tu duda.
