YIKES! What would you like me to say? It would be easier for you to just come up with something new than for me to critique this lol. But, for starters.... get rid of every line on each leaf. Get rid of that gold box shape behind the scales and make it a simple white filled circle. This crest/emblem HAS to be simplified!!! If you can lose the feather, I'd do that too. Try those few things, then repost so I can breathe a bit easier :p

It says "VOX DEL" - it is supposed to say "VOX DEI". In the complete context "vox populi, vox dei", "voice of the people, voice of god". I actually quite like this version here: http://www.laspinascity.gov.ph/articles/207-satellite-voter-registration...
